Treshonda Rutledge
Dr. Treshonda Rutledge, Co-PI, Broadening Participation Lead

Dr. Rutledge is a technical assistance consultant at AIR with extensive expertise in instructional coaching, research-practice partnerships, and STEM teacher leadership. She will serve as Co-PI and as the broadening participation lead for the Center, where she will facilitate partnership development between STEM education researchers and professionals through community-engaged research webinars and more. Previously, Dr. Rutledge has led professional development and teacher coaching across numerous projects, including a DRK-12 computer science project for secondary science programs, the Long Beach Network for School Improvement (NSI), the Engagement and Achievement through Computational Thinking (ENACT) project, and an NSF Noyce project focused on classroom-based math teacher leadership development.
