Laura Checovich is a senior communications specialist at AIR. In her role as project director and technology solutions lead for the Center, Laura will leverage her experience communicating with stakeholders by overseeing the design and development of technology solutions and communication strategies to increase the visibility of the STEM K-12 program and portfolio, spotlighting how investments are advancing STEM teaching and learning. Laura has implemented effective and engaging communication systems across projects including IES's REL Midwest and REL Southwest, and the U.S. Department of Education funded Center for Strategic Funding and Finance and Midwest Comprehensive Center. She is a leader in methods and strategies for communication about research and evaluation and translating knowledge for use in technical assistance.
